Will be used to off-set the customers initial bill or subsequentbills.

Device upfront payment RM200(for plan with Huddle orZoom) It will rebated to the customer over the period of 20months.

Foreigner Deposit RM100. Is applicable for non-Malaysians and its refundable upon

account termination by customer subject to deductions, if any.

Registration1. Go to https://channel.yes.my/XCP/ , log in with XCP ID and password.

2. Click new customer registration.

3. Select device

4. Select super plan.

5. Choose nationality

For Malaysian , IC , Police ID or Army ID needed.

For foreigner passport no needed.

6. Ask ID(IC/Police ID/Army ID) from customer to do verification . Do not proceed if

customer dont have physical document . If the customer is blacklisted , please advice

customer to get the prepaid plan.

7. Fill in all customers information needed.

8. Choose a Yes ID.9. Create password for Yes ID.

10. Choose a 018 number by key in 4 digits and click search.

11. Optional for auto-billing.

12. Key in receipt no and the IC no of the sales person who register.

13. Double check then press print then declaration and then submit.
