The ORCHSE CEO Executive Leadership Safety and Health Roundtable is a one-of-a-kind forum where the most senior business leaders can come together with their peers to confidentially and

candidly discuss safety and health (S&H) challenges and opportunities.

Yet, no venue has existed until now for the most senior business leaders to come together to share insights, meet with experts, exchange information, and dialogue with key government officials on important S&H matters. This represents a significant gap since senior business leaders play a critical role in promoting a zero-harm culture, ensuring the availability of necessary resources, setting expectations, and achieving results.

Purpose: The primary purpose of The Roundtable is to harness the extraordinary talents of its members for their mutual benefit and for the greater good. By leveraging the knowledge, experiences, tools, and techniques that have fostered S&H performance excellence in diverse companies and industries, members will gain expertise to better protect the safety and well-being of their own employees and grow the value of their businesses. The Roundtable is devoted to improving employee safety and health performance and fostering performance excellence. The group will meet annually to: • Promote leadership in employee safety and health • Facilitate senior executive dialogue on key S&H issues • Share effective policies and practices • Interact with legislators and key government officials to impact public

policy

The Need: Informed business leaders recognize the link between performance in worker safety and health and overall business performance. Keeping employees safe, healthy, and productively at work adds to the bottom line, is a prerequisite to sustainable operations, and is key to maximizing value for customers, stockholders, and potential business partners.
