Dr. Kozlowski received his DDS and orthodontic specialty certificatefrom State University of New York at Buffalo. In private practice,he has lectured all over the world, including for the AAO and itsconstituent societies, for universities, study clubs, the EuropeanDamon Symposium and annually for The Forum. His topics includedigital orthodontics, efficient early treatment and facial esthetics.He has been published in several orthodontic journals, includingSeminars in Orthodontics and the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics.A fitness advocate, he has completed five Ironman Triathlons, 12Half-Ironman Triathlons and numerous marathons and endurancecycling events, including the grueling Mt. Washington Bicycle HillClimb seven times.
Frank Bogdan, DDSBayonne, NJ, USA
Dr. Bogdan received his doctoral degree in dental medicine andcertificate in orthodontics from the University of Medicine and Den-tistry of New Jersey and has guest-lectured at the university since2001, joining the faculty on a part-time basis in 2003.
He is president of the UMDNJ Orthodontic Alumni Society, a postat which he has been serving since 1997. Now in private practicewith his son, Dr. Mark Bogdan, he has conducted lectures to or-thodontic societies, study groups and universities across the globeon passive mechanics and advancements in jaw orthopedics. Healso manages the regional Damon™ study club in his area.

We have the pleasure to invite you to Stockholm for the third Nordic DamonSymposium. We are fortunate enough to have both Dr Bogdan and DrKoslowski who will share their knowledge on the Damon system and also
on Insignia. During the whole of Saturday we have a separate assistants programwith Casper Hansen who will teach on bonding techniques, bracket placement andhis tips and tricks from an assistant perspective.
