I attend the monthly CEO peer group meetings and what I have found is over the last 12 months the group has started to gel and form a cohesiveness where we share ideas; they may be current issues or could be things that are troubling us, and I find as a group we are able to work through a lot of issues. It has been very constructive for me.

Learning Labs
The YTA offers two types of peer-directed training sessions designed to offer innovative approaches in a compressed time frame so you can quickly make a difference, with the back-up and dialogue to help you apply your new-found insight as soon as you are back in the office – or on your laptop!
Bootcamps
YTA Bootcamps are intensive deep-dive training sessions on a specific topic area of recurring business focus - by subject matter experts and tech industry leaders who have learned and applied the information to better grow their businesses or themselves.

Seminars
Any time of day is good for a healthy serving of learning.
Whether breakfast, lunch or in the evening, YTA seminars are informative learning sessions designed to leave you with I-can-go-do-that-right-now insight.
Seminars are organized around issues that are current and vital in the tech sector today. They rely heavily on tech ex-perts who are YTA members and have been-there, done-that, and can share insights that work.

Membership
The Mission of the YTA is to foster a collaborative community for technology companies to connect and grow.
The YTA community represents technology companies and their leaders, IT departments, government enablers, and industry advisors – all passionately focused on cultivating a vibrant technology industry ecosystem throughout the GTA. Just one membership fee and all leaders of your tech organization will be recognized as full members… simply sign-up individually on the YTA website and each will be recognized as they register for any of the YTA services or programs.
