Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 2 Meanwhile, whisk eggs, egg whites and Weight Watchers Cottage Cheese in a large jug. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 3 Lightly spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add one-quarter of the egg mixture. Swirl to coat base.
