    details of preferred flight

    Select the Origin and

    Destination of flight, Date of

    Departure, Return Flight (if

    roundtrip) and enter the

    number of passengers

    time of departure.

    Total Price shows all-in fare amount

    Tick the chosen flight schedule

    Check and inform the passenger of

    the Fare Rules.

    Click Apply to avail of discounts like

    Senior Citizen or PWD.

    Type the discount percentage in the Fare

    Discount field i.e. 20% for Senior and PWD,

    select the Type of discount then click Apply

    Discount will apply to all passengers in the booking thus Senior Citizens

    and PWD should be booked separately from other passengers. Be

    careful in typing the discount percentage. After specifying the discount,

    click Book

    confirm your selected flight by

    clicking OK.

    Type the Nameand indicate the Nationalityand Date

    of Birth of the passenger in the fields provided.

    Click the PaxDetails button to enter Passport Details of

    foreign passengers or for international travel then clickConfirm.

    Passport is not a required document for booking. However, if it

    is available, include the details in your booking especially for

    foreigners and passengers of international flights.

    Type the Name, Address,Contact Number and Email

    Address of the passenger.

    Type comments i.e., Fit to

    Fly, Special Service Request

    or ID presented in the User

    booking transaction

    Choose On-Hold toreserve the seat if client

    does not want to pay yet

    To change the pre paid baggage, click the Name of

    the passenger, then the Baggage Weight and click

    Apply.

    By default, ZestAir provides 10kg to 15kg baggage allowance

    to passengers.

    baggage, click the X button.

    Once done with the changes in Pre Paid baggage, click

    Continue. For Seat Selection, click the Seats tab.

    The system will proceed to the Payment

    window once ancillaries are confirmed.

    Click Pay & Confirm to finalized booking.

    After finalizing, the window will show

    the Reservation Number and the

    Confirmedstatus.

    You may now printthe ticket by clicking

    the Print button.

    RETRIEVAL OF BOOKING

    To retrieve a reservation, type the Reservation

    Number in the PNR field or enter the First Name

    and Last Name of the passenger then click Search.

    Travel Fund, if partially used, can still be utilized in booking

    another flight. Multiple Travel Funds can also be used to

    book a flight given that the funds and the new booking is

    under the same name.

    SPLIT BOOKING:

    PROCEDURE

    The Split Booking feature is used to separate the booking

    of the passenger/s from the original flight reservation.

    For instance, the booking involves 3 passengers and one

    passenger wants to rebook his flight. The Split bookingprocedure is done to separate the booking of that

    passenger from the original reservation so that the

    rebooking can be done without affecting the itinerary of

    the other passengers in the original booking.

    separated from the group then click Split

    THINGS TO REMEMBER - BOOKING

    Create separate booking for Senior Citizen or PWD. Indicate percentage of discount in the Applied Discount

    field and be careful in typing the amount.

    Request for corresponding IDs from client for them to

    avail of the Senior Citizen or PWD discount. OSCA ID or any valid ID indicating age of passenger

    for Senior Citizen

    PWD ID for person with disability

    All Zest Air fare already includes 10 -15 kg baggageallowance. Discount will be given to passengers who

    will opt not to bring any check-in baggage.

    Bookings for flights coming from Manila already

    includes terminal fee.(Starting August 1, 2012)

    THINGS TO REMEMBER - BOOKING

    Ask client if all passengers are fit to fly and indicate itin the User Notes box.

    For expectant mothers, Expectant Mother Information

    Sheet (EMIS) and medical certificate is needed. EMIS

    is subject for approval of Zest Air resident physician ifage of gestation is 6 months but not beyond 8

    months.

    In booking fare with connecting flights, make sure the

    time of arrival is at least 4 hours from the schedule of

    the connecting flight to avoid delay.

    Recap the flight details and ask for payment firstbefore finalizing the flight reservation.

    THINGS TO REMEMBER - REBOOKING

    Rebooking should be done more than 24 hours prior to

    departure time to avoid being charged with No-show

    penalty.

    Rebooking procedure allows for change in date, time and

    destination of flight.

    Always check and collect the amount to be paid by the

    client if there are fare differences before finalizing the

    rebooking transaction.

    Changing or adding baggage allowance is considered arebooking transaction. Do not forget to collect the

    corresponding eBiz service fee.

    THINGS TO REMEMBER - CANCELLATION Booking cancellation should be performed more than 24

    hours prior to departure to avoid the No-Show penalty. Fare

    can still be refunded even after 1 year from the date of

    flight but is already subject to penalties and charges.

    Travel Fund will be created and can be redeemed in alleBiz branches.

    Travel Fund has no expiration but is non-transferrable.

    If Travel Fund was not entirely used, remaining amount can

    still be utilized in booking another flight for the samepassenger.

    Passenger who has multiple Travel Funds can combine the

    funds in one single reservation.
