Follow the assembly order in the illustration:

ⓞ Bottom Bracket (BB) Shell

① Center Sleeve x1

② Right BB Cup x1

③ Alloy BB Cup Spacer x3

④ Left BB Cup x1

⑤ Right Crank Arm x1

⑥ Wave Washer x1

⑦ Left Crank Arm x1

⑧ Crank Bolt x1

Crankset Installation

Follow the assembly order in the illustration:

1. Ensure that the BB shell threads are clean from machining chips, dirt, dust etc.

2. Install the R. Bearing Cup ②, Center Sleeve ① and correct BB Cup Spacer(s) ③ as

required. Tighten the cup to 400-500 kgf.cm / 40-50 Nm / 354-443 in.lbs. (Use FSA

MegaExo cup tool part no. E0139)

3. Install the L. Bearing Cup ④ and Alloy Shell Spacer ③ as required. Tighten the cup to 400-

500 kgf.cm / 40-50 Nm / 354-443 in.lbs

4. Gently and completely insert the R. Crank ⑤ through the R. and L. Bearing Cups.

5. Install the Wave Washer ⑥ onto the axle.

6. Install the L. Crank Arm ⑦ onto the axle. Tighten the Crank Bolt ⑧ to 450-550 kgf.cm / 45-

55 Nm / 390-485 in.lbs

7. Install the M27 Self-extracting Bolt Cap and washer (Use FSA tool part no. EE023)
