THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION R327 OF THE CALIFORNIA RESIDENTIAL CODE OR THE CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE (CBC) CHAPTER 7A., AS APPLICABLE.
