Report
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of NKP Salve Institute had organised workshops of Basic life support in Obstetrics (BLSO)and Advanced life support in Obstetrics of American association of Family Physician from 15th to 17th October at Skills Lab NKPSIMS. It was attended by postgraduate students from NKP Salve Institute and LataMangeshkar hospital, Indira Gandi Government Medical College Nagpur ,Government Medical college Nagpur and members of Nagpur Obstetrics and Gynecology society(NOGS). Dr. Sajjini Thomas from Chicago was the course director for the workshops. Dr. Sulabha Joshi, Professor and Head of the dept of Ob/Gy from NKPSIMS, Dr. Anjali Kawthalkar Professor from NKPSIMS, Dr. KshamaKedar Professor from IGGMC, Dr. Savita Somalwar Associate Professor from NKPSIMS,Dr. Sheela Jain and DrKanchanDwidmuthe Assistant Professor from NKPSIMS, Mr. Mahipal and MrsJyothi from GVK EMRI were instructors for the workshops. All the participants appreciated both the workshops. All the faculties and staff of skill lab MrsRashmi, MrsVaishali worked hard for the success of the workshop.
