How does it feel to embrace your inner child? To invite him or her to
come with us? Do you feel resistance? Anger? Sadness? Relief? Search
yourself for the feelings associated with being kind to yourself. Set a
timer for 20 minutes. Turn the phone over or the timer around so you
can’t watch it, and simply write on the topic until the alarm dings.
