We are following the recommendation
of the CDC and will cancel all church
worship services, meetings and church
events until further notice. We will
reevaluate the situation at that point on
how we will move forward. Thanks
for your understanding.
If anyone needs help getting groceries or picking up prescriptions please call Barb Miller, Cabinet member, at 717-250-0271. There is a group of volunteers all ready to help out!
Christ Church will be holding worship this Sunday via internet using Zoom. You do not have
to sign up for Zoom to participate; you just need internet access via computer, tablet or smart phone.

Christ Church will celebrate the Lord's Supper in our worship next Sunday on May 3, 2020 via Zoom since we cannot do it in person. Suspending Sunday worship and other activities due to the Corona-virus does not stop most church bills from coming due. Please, if possible, remember Christ Church when it is time to write your month-ly/weekly checks.

Barb Miller has graciously offered to make medical masks for anyone needing one during this pandemic. Please call her at 717-250-0271 if you’d like one.
If you have a family or church member who is need of a resume review and would like to learn how to speak at interviews, please contact Steven Mor-ris at [email protected] - (857) 345-7064.
This service will provide ideas for re-sume development and interviewing skills. All resumes need to be in Word and not PDF format. Because I have a FT job, I will need to put a limit on time that is invested. Please call to schedule an appointment.
Now is the time to help our Neighbors!
And we can, by helping COS now.
COS (Community Outreach Services) has been designated the leader in the 3 Kennebunks (Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Arundel) in a uni-fied effort with the town General Assistance Officers and the other ser-vice organizations to help our neighbors, be they children, elders, and whoever else who is experiencing unusual challenges at this time. This includes food, fuel and other specific needs.
How can we all help?
COS has told us that they best way is by making donations in cash to
COS. COS can use the funds in the best way. You can make your dona-tion by going to the COS website Coskennebunks.org. Food drive and food pantry donations can be made by drop-offs at the rear parking lot of St. Martha's Church on Route 1, Kennebunk, preferably between 12 pm - 4 pm Monday through Friday.
Monday- Friday Food Pantry hours for curbside pickup are 2 pm - 4 pm at the rear parking lot of St. Martha's Church. All food and specific needs requests must come through the 3 Town General Assistance Of-ficers. Please call your General Assistance Officer and not the church.
The Friday Food Pantry will be held at this same location (St. Martha's) and will be curbside delivery. The time for this distribution to attendees will start at 9 am on Fridays until 10 am or until the food is gone. All participants must remain in their cars, and someone will deliver a food bag to you. We are asking our neighbors to abide by the 6-foot distanc-ing rule set by the CDC.
We are strong, we will get through this challenge even stronger! Kathe Wright, FPUU representative to COS
Food Pantry Changes

• Both are drive up and pick up curbside. No need to call in advance.
Thank you COS!!!
With sadness we share the passing of Elizabeth Boston, a longtime mem-ber. Her daughter, Darlene Severance, shared that she
enjoyed visits from members of Christ Church. A graveside service will be held at a later time and information will be shared when it becomes available.
