• Financial assistance and services to prevent homelessness and to provide re-housing and stabilization for those that have become homeless

• Funds for the replacement of older portable classrooms, furniture, equipment, educational materials, salaries and operating expenses

• The purpose is to improve infrastructure, energy efficiency, and access to health care
• $1.7 million funding for Pine Castle sidewalk and drainage improvements, and energy efficiency improvements to community centers
