I therefore, cannot stress the importance of this new position. You are applying to Francis Combe at a pivotal point in its improvement journey. I intend to build a robust, exemplary and substantive leadership team that will quickly move the Academy to the next stage of its development. Therefore, I am looking for an exceptional person, with energy and drive, to join us.I can confidently report that the Governors have high standards for our students and even higher expectations for the future progress and success of the senior leadership team. However, I feel strongly that this appointment is for an individual who would like not to just significantly contribute to the success of the Academy, but also develop their own skills and knowledge towards their personal journey to becoming a Principal. We are seeking a diverse senior leader and will look just as much at attitude towards the task at hand as we will to the competencies that we would expect from a senior post holder.
