Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above mentioned meeting. The Board of Education may discuss, make motions and vote upon all matters appearing on this Agenda. 3. Del City High School NJROTC Unit to attend Camp Clark Summer Basic Leadership Training and Leadership Academy in Nevada, MO, on June 22-30, 2016. Expenses to be paid by personal funds and/or donations.
4. Carl Albert Middle School Pom to attend Summer Camp in Norman, OK, on June 6-9, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds.
5. Andrea Kerr, Midwest City High School, to attend the 2016 BMITE (Business, Marketing & IT Education) Teacher Academy in Tulsa, OK, on July 18-21, 2016. Expenses to be paid by DECA, Project Code 942.
6. Carl Albert Middle School Cheer to attend NCA Innovative Stunt Cheer Camp in Norman, OK, on June 15-17, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds.
7. Cheri McKinney, Del City High School, attended the 2016 Marine Corp. Educators Workshop in San Diego, CA, on March 28-April 1, 2016. Expenses to be paid by the Marine Corp. Confirmation
8. Jason Sexton, Jason Blasingame and J.J. Venzor, Midwest City High School, attended the 2016 Marine Corp. Educators Workshop in San Diego, CA, on March 28-April 1, 2016. Expenses for substitutes to be paid by Activity Accounts, Project Code 845 and 865. All other expenses to be paid by the Marine Corp. Confirmation
E. Vote to approve Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) application
items for Core Networking and Hardware for 2016-17 (E-Rate Year 19) and the payment of the applicant’s share upon approval of funding and receipt of services, subject to the availability of district funds.
F. Vote to approve the renewal of software support services with PowerSchool
Group LLC for the PowerSchool software program for FY17. The total cost of $73,950.80 is to be paid by Bond Fund 33, Project Code 099. PowerSchool Group LLC is a sole source vendor for support of this program.
III. Recognitions

E. Carl Albert Middle School Pom won the State Pom Championship, placed 1st in Jazz, 1st place in Hip Hop, won Outstanding Showmanship and the team with the highest GPA of 3.861. – Mrs. Anderson

V. Vote to approve or not approve the following gifts and donations: – Dr. Cobb
A. Country Estates PTA donated $2,300.00 to be used to continue the Book Club at Country Estates to pay teachers and tutors.
VI. Discussion and possible action to authorize litigation against the Oklahoma Tax
Commission concerning the distributions of motor vehicle license revenue. – Dr. Cobb
VII. Vote to approve or not approve the following bids and requests to purchase: – Ms. Medcalf A. Purchase of computers and related equipment for the Mid-Del Technology
Center from CDW-G using state contract pricing in the amount of $36,208.78. Expenses to be paid by Building Fund 23, Project Code 032.
B. Purchase Thrillshare™ and Thrillshare™ Mobile for 2016-2017 which includes Website, Mobile App and an Automated Communication System from Apptegy, a sole source provider. Total cost is $21,372.00 to be paid by Bond Fund 33.
C. Purchase copy paper for the 2016-2017 school year from Veritiv. The cost of $124,084.80 to be paid as follows: $119,653.20 from General Fund 11 and $4,431.60 from Mid-Del Technology Center Fund 12. Veritiv is under State Contract #SW064-3153.
VIII. Vote to approve or not approve recommendation for Jenkins & Kemper Certified
Public Accountants, P.C. as our auditors for the 2015-16 audit at an all-inclusive price of $47,100.00, and recommendation for Jenkins & Kemper Certified Public Accountants, P.C. to prepare GAAP schedules and journal entries for conversion of modified cash basis to required GAAP financial statement presentation at a cost of $13,950.00. Additional services to be provided will be the Estimate of Needs at $750.00 and preparation of a data collection form for reporting on Audits of States, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations for $250.00. The total cost of $62,050.00 will be paid by the Operating Fund and the Technology Fund– Ms. Medcalf
IX. Vote to approve or not approve the Security benefit restatement of the Mid-Del
Public School 457 Plan 613241000. – Ms. Medcalf X. Vote to approve or not approve revisions to Policy D-8, Sanctioning of Student

XI. Vote to approve or not approve an increase in lunch meal costs of $.05 for student meals only for the 2016-17 school year. There is no recommendation for increasing adult meal prices or breakfast prices for the 2016-17 school year. – Mrs. Fox
