APSS Product Suite - Common/Modules
Fixes Corrected an issue where non-numeric characters were allowed in the master name entry for
height from and height to. Also, revised the handling of these values. (Ticket #205)
Corrected a misspelling in the word synchronization that appeared when the process was
completed. (Ticket #1314)
Corrected an issue where when opening the master name alias for the sex defaults to male. This
form now defaults to the value N/A. (Ticket #1341, #2666)
Corrected an issue in the Journal where entering the total amount of resources used on an even
would not save a value other than 0, unless individuals were tagged to the entry. (Ticket #5134)
Corrected an issue where entering personnel the client type could not be set until their entry was
saved; causing the user to edit the entry after the initial save. Now this will populate based upon
the current user’s agency settings. (Ticket #7217)
Corrected an issue where businesses/common locations are appearing in the pick list during the
validation processes where that should not be because the address is not set to Primary. (Ticket
#1267)
Removed the minimum window size restriction from the master name form. (Ticket #11736)
Corrected an issue where businesses/common location names are not being detected during the
validation of an address. The process now implements the master name cross reference for the
detection of businesses/common locations. (Ticket #11699)
Corrected an issue where users were unable to edit the message group list due to a template
change. (Ticket #11752, 11870, 11878)
Corrected an issue that when adding agency personnel, the client type drop down selection list
would not populate if adding for a different agency other than the current user. The list now
populates based on the agency of the user being added. (Ticket #7212)
The Employee Payroll/Points Report (File -> Administration -> Reports) now calculates correctly
(Ticket #11728)
Corrected an issue where the employee ID would not display the correct employee name in the
warrant/document insert, despite entering the correct data. (Ticket #11729)
Corrected an issue where the permit display of the business and the business ID were
malformed, therefor displaying the wrong permit type. (Ticket #11762)
Enhancements
Implemented security audit functionality for the Local Report Number form. (Ticket #11716)
News bulletins now update when there are any changes made to the bulletin for all users, include
those using APSS Sentinel™. (Ticket #8592)

Responder™
Fixes Added filtering to the business selection procedure to only include addresses marked as primary
in the master name database. (Ticket #1267) Corrected issue where attempting to print the Incident Run Sheet from the Responder Incident
Form would result in an error. (Ticket #11751, 11769)
Corrected issue on the closed incident list report where the date range values were displaying in
a non-readable form. (Ticket #4965)
Disabled the “Move” buttons at the bottom of the action code list by default. Added new check
box on the action code form to sort the action code buttons by placement order which is required
for the “Move” buttons to perform correctly. Enabling the check box also only displays the action
codes that are configured to appear on the Responder Menu (Inactive codes are also filtered from
the list). (Ticket #8552)
The radio channel assignment button is now the correct size for selection to provide the user with
uniformed experience and easy assignment. (Ticket #11800)
Corrected and issue where the NCO command in the command line with the proper formatting
was not automatically creating the incident with the address tag. This now requires the value
before the master name lookup occurs. (Ticket #11813)
Corrected an issue with the incident form call to remove the iconized state so that the form
returns to the normal state when called. Also, the New incident button now remains active on the
form. (Ticket #11803, 11894)
Enhancements Created new action type CANCEL ASSIGNMENT (CNCL). The new cancel action type allows a
dispatcher to cancel units assigned to an incident. Functionality, the units are marked in service
(a cancel action is recorded in unit history in addition to the in-service action), however, a user
message can be sent to the cancelled units via SMTP (text). For those sites using the command
line, the following parameters are recommended <COMMAND>,<RESPONDER>,<COMMENT>.

Implemented new filter for the community watch detection on the Responder Incident Form so
that even if the community watch is set to active, the filter now takes the watch end date into
consideration. (Ticket #9030)

Enforcer™
Fixes All windows in Enforcer™ have been cosmetically reviewed and corrected. On some of the more
busier windows with many radio buttons, the font size was increased by 1. Resize template was
replaced with a better one.
Corrected an issue where the property import button was not functioning within a crash report.

Corrected an issue the occurred when the browse window closed the window initialize string
would crash. (Ticket #11858)
Enhancements Added the ability for insurance information and tow information to be printed on the incident
report. (Ticket# 7259, 9346)
Rescue™
Fixes The Patient information form now allows the user to reduce the size without restriction. (Ticket
#11749) The Employee Payroll/Points Report (File -> Administration -> Reports) now calculates correctly
(Ticket# 11728)
Added the Incident Year to the sort for the Rescue Import screen so the user can quickly find a
call for import. (Ticket #11733)
Corrected an icon usage issue between First Due import and Rescue import for consistency.

Corrected an incorrect spell check icon display in Rescue (Ticket #11759)
Corrected an issue where the receiving facility was not being displayed in the printed PCR.

Corrected a record retrieval error in the PCR when entering Allergies and History for a patient.

When printing the EMS Incident Reports by date range, the user now has the option to filter by
only transported patients. Checking this option disables the “Only For Hospital” option because
the choice is redundant. (Ticket #11608)
First Due™

Corrected a problem where the journal employees were not always being assigned to the
imported apparatus when a Responder call was auto exported to First Due records. (Ticket

Fixes Corrected the calculation of MPH display in the map, as it is now rounded with only one
fractional digit displaying: 35.2mph. (Ticket #11734, 11735)
APSS Gateway™
Enhancements APSS Gateway and APSS Cyclone now work in conjunction to automatically make vehicle
assignments to responders, based on the information provided by the client in the AVL device
list. (Ticket #11789)
