i] Need of Human Resource Department :
1. Causes of poor quality and quality failure in
education are usually because of faulty
behaviors and attitudes, not machines.
2. Education is a service that is delivered directly
by people to people. If faulty, the damage is
instantly done.
3. The delivery of a service is simultaneous to itsconsumption.
4. Standards for service should be right first time
every time.
8/9/2019 Bcg Project
8/23
5. There is no assured statement of
product. The service can only stress it
process as important to the outcome.
6. Services are usually rendered directlyto customers by junior employees.
7.The measurement of outputs in
service are very difficult. The only
meaningful performance indicator is
that of customer satisfaction.
8. Consumers judge quality by
comparing their perceptions of what
they receive with their expectations of
it!
