CAT 6030 FACE SHOVEL

Primary Skills & Qualifications• 5 years of experience operating a CAT 6030 hydraulic

shovel or equivalent equipment and/or successful completion of applicable Baffinland training program

• Able to follow complex dig plans

• Previous mining experience is an asset. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.• Able to work outdoors in all-weather conditions• Physically fit to perform all aspects of job

• Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor.• To follow all procedures and policies as set by the company.

• To fill out all forms required for daily operation of an assigned unit.• To follow the Safety Plan as specified by the company and to accept the training to do so.

• Perform pre and post-operational checks of equipment as well as assisting and performing other duties
