Seven Hills Tallarook is a working Boer goat farm. Set on 600 acres it features holistic farming practices with solar power, fresh water tanks and stunning 360 degree views from the farmhouse.
The farmhouse features a full kitchen, including wood fired oven, lounge, TV with BOSE surround sound and balconies to experience the views. Watching the sun drop behind the namesake seven hills is an experience to savour.
The farmhouse seats 40 people comfortably with the ability to seat extra guests on the balconies during fine weather.
Surrounding the farmhouse are several paddocks where larger functions take place (the farm, in its entirety, has a capacity to cater for 990 people).

FOOD STATION
We can offer you a food station set up anywhere within the farmhouse, choose from the following options; please note that set up and staffing are priced as an additional item to the food package.
Slow cooked goat station - slow cooked pulled goat station with chef cutting meat to order. Placed on locally baked roll, with homemade coleslaw and garlic aioli. Minimum 50 sliders $8 each.

Taco Station - mini tacos with pulled slow cooked goat, beef, lamb or pork with Asian coleslaw, shredded iceberg lettuce, tomato, caramelised onion, range of home-made sauces and jalapenos.

Oyster Bar - Freshly shucked rock and pacific oysters on crushed ice with sauce mignonette, chilli, ginger and rice wine vinegar and Japanese ponzu dipping sauce, lemons, limes and local sourdough bread.

Charcuitere Station - Selection of premium charcuterie, cornichons, accompanied by sliced baguettes, grilled Turkish bread, onion jam & mustards.
