FANUC DCS is a smart software solution to keep operators, robots and tools 100% safe – without the need for costly hardware. The new iPendant Touch allows operators to visualise the defined safety zones and confirm this from a 3D standpoint in front of the robot cell.

Increase your productivity: fanuc Learning Vibration control

FANUC Learning Vibration Control has been specially designed for spot welding applications in the automotive and tier 1 industry. LVC is an intelligent auto-learning software that guarantees smooth high speed motion thus saving up to 15% on the cycle time.

A 3D accelerometer mounted directly onto the robot tool measures and records where and when to control vibration. LVC then suppresses any vibration caused by the tool to achieve levels of high speed motion not previously possible due to unwanted vibration. Once all trajectories have been optimised, dismount accelerometer and switch LVC to playback mode .

• Enhanced brake release and servo reset handling processing time.

• Robot motion optimisation – minimises the cycle time for a defined level of power consumption.

• Smart vibration control of the robot arm – reduces cycle times thanks to smoother movements.
