:- Stick with one pattern of Play
A good player always follow one or two patterns in a match.
But when it comes to a beginner, they are more scattered and follows a lot of patterns.
To improve the game, the player should stick on a strongest patter on which he/she is good at.
:- Manage your serve speed
The serve speed is the most important part in tennis that leads to a good or bad shot as a result.
The professional players always make a shot when
the ball is in its 80% velocity or speed .
The beginner level players don't follow any tactics rather they use the 100% velocity ball and makes the faulty shot.
A perfect body posture:-
The professional players always use their body weight as a pros for the game and manages to be in a right posture to deliver a better shot.
For instance :- A good player follows tactics by letting the back leg and weight behind the ball that allows you an
easier weight transfer and a much more consistent shot.

them to lose in very first level.
But professional players always follow a strict nutrition level and particularly within games, they keep eating and
drinking to maintain energy level..
Don't risk your shots :-
While playing, you need to be calm and use active tactical mind where you should be more cautious than being
aggressive and reckless .
The professional players always pick a target on the court where he/she feels confident to play the game
without much risk of air.
Identify opponents weakness :-
Every match has a 5mnt warm up period, where a good player
studies the opponent and points out the weakness where he will
stroke.
A good player always learns the best and worst ball returns of the opposite player and attack the weakness.
Stretch :-
Some players don't perform good in the first 15 mnts of game.
As per coaches, you should follow a stretching exercise for short period before game. Like :- Dynamic stretching etc
Professional racket selection :-
A professional player always uses a proper racket with right amount of tension that suits their playing style.
A beginner of the game needs a livelier string based racket as he doesn't have much power like a professional player.
The most important tactic of tennis is to focus on the ball moves and a better footwork.
