Achieving the Strategic mission, vision, goals and objectives of
the Digitronix Nepal.
Defining the methodology for the Establishment of company.
Understanding the Issues and Problems and organizing the
resources for management.
Analyzing and Performing Proper Resource,Time,Cost and Risk
Management task.
Providing the Quality Training to Students with Managed
resources and Labs.
METHODOLOGY
For completion of the project following methodology will be
used.

• Advertisement(Marketing).
• Expert trainers engagement.
• Creating learning environment.
• Collaborating with industrial organization.

For Addressing quality, the following activities will be done

ISSUES AND PROBLEM
Issues:
• Running training session with limited resources and materials.
• Convincing students for the quality training by quality
instructors.
• Management and stakeholders addressing issues.
• Collaborating with the industrial sector for job placement of
trainees.
Problems:
• Getting experienced and expert trainers.
• Class management problems.
• Material procurement and operations problems.
• Collecting pre-defined fees from students.
APPROACHES AND STRATEGIES
Strategies for Issues:
• Managing time or considering time constraints for the proper
utilization of the available resources.
• Quality is the major outcomes of the institution so by expertise
training environment and material convincing students can be
done.
Strategies for problems:
• Contracting the trainers for the specific time and offering
available incentives to them.
• Class will also taken at contract of rent basis for 1 year in the
previous staring year.
• Contacting the quality material/training devices supplier if not
possible direct purchasing of the material will done from
international market.
• Convenience students with some discount package while
payment is done in the starting of the session.
CONCLUSION
After the completion of the project work following points will be
the outcomes.
• Achieving the objective and goals of the company will possible
after the detail project tasks and events is completed as stated.
• Different project management issues of time, cost, and
resource management will done.
