• Select a Pilot WorkCenter for initial rollout – Measure User Adoption before rolling out others
• Sort out Administration Responsibilities ahead of time – End Users vs. IT. – Train on WorkCenter Admin accordingly. – Have Admins help Buildout the WC’s during implementation
• Don’t over build…. – Identify Mission critical Alerts, Pagelets etc. and go from there.
• Implement fewer WorkCenters and utilize PS Security to manage what the user sees – Goals could probably be accomplished with 3 or 4 WC’s
