Executive summary:
Eat healthy is a fast /irregular vending machine, serving fast, fresh, and healthy handcrafted salads using best local ingredients.
Eat Healthy is a partnership business which specializes in providing healthy handcrafted Salads through vending machines which will be suitable for all ages with its unique facilities that would be the entire health conscious people destination.
We will infiltrate the health food industry with innovative, first to market, high quality Salads with different tastes. Our vegetables are fresh which will be imported directly from a local farm located in Al Jisra.
The main objective of our business it to share awareness of healthy food by offering fresh salads to our customers. We will offer different types of salads i.e. (Greece salad, chicken salad, tuna salad, scissor salad and fruit salads). We make everything on a daily basis with different sizes in affordable price.

History of the business:
While thinking and putting too much effort for our business idea that took us weeks. One day in UOB while Jaleel and Ashar were going to the section, Ashar wanted to buy Salad from food court but the section was about to start, so Jaleel asked Ashar “ Why don’t you buy anything from the vending machine just for now ? “Unfortunately, they don’t have salads in their vending machines.” Ashar said. All of a sudden Jaleel said let’s buy a Vending Machine and put salads on it. After sharing the idea with the rest of the members, they liked the idea and added some more unique
features in it .
Background about owners:
Abdul Jalil is studying management in University of Bahrain.Jalil
has sales, Events and promoting brands experience and got certificates in
Marketing skills and creativity thinking, Business Symposium “ Gulf
Economics, Challenges and Vision”, and in Social Projects. And will be
responsible in running the administration of the business.
Ashar Abbas Ashar is a student at university of Bahrain studying business management. Ashar has excellent communication skills and experience in marketing and promotions. Also he is a creative person with high certificates in computer knowledge.

We want to focus only on selling healthy salads. Fast foods will not be sold in our vending machines, as Fresh handcrafted Salads promote a healthy and positive Bahraini lifestyle.
We offer a broad range of fresh salads, all from high quality Bahraini grown vegetables and fruits.
Eat healthy primarily sells salads .Main products sold are: Greek salad, Italian salad, scissor salad, chicken salad and tuna salad.
Our warehouse will be located in Salmabad,with an OFFICE SPACE in 10*04 meters and a medium sizekitchen. The reason selecting Salmabad because it’s an area which have a lot of warehouses and will be a good place for our employers residence than other areas in Bahrain and a strategic location to reach the highways.
About the vending machine: You can buy multiple items at once. It keeps your food at the perfect temperature.
Process:After ordering the vending machines from foreign suppliers:
We get fresh vegetables and fruits every morning from a local farm in Al Jisra. We arrive at 5 a.m. and make everything daily. We make everything in our local, fully licensed kitchen daily.

We deliver the salads to the machine at 9 a.m. and remove the unsold salads which we donate to Al Eslah society daily.
Competitive edge:
We will offer fresh handcrafting salad through a vending machine , each of it is made fresh each morning which will be our company’s ;the advantage will be that our customers can eat fresh salad any time the desire.
Marketing strategy:
Target market: We will be targeting customers of all ages, people who like to eat healthy foods or would like to be fit or maintain their weight. In short they love a healthy life style. They might not be health conscious but they enjoy eating salads. The marketing Mix The following decision outlines some of the details of the proposed marketing mix for our company:
Product Strategy: We will be providing high quality of service which offers healthy foods including salads and fruits.The company’s slogan “Eat Healthy Live Longer “
Distribution strategy:We will be locating 10 vending machines in different locations around the kingdom. Our vending machines will be located in UOB, Hospitals (Salmaniya Medical Complex and BDF), BMMI and Bahrain international Airport.Over the next two years we will be distributing and providing our services for Mall and offices. Regardless of our expansion plans, we intend to monitor and maintain strong relationships with distribution channel members.
Promotions Strategy:Our Company communicates with consumers about its products in a variety of ways. We will be providing information about the company as well as its products which will be available via the Internet, direct mailings, and in person. The firms promotional efforts also seek to differentiate its products from those of its competitors.
Pricing strategy:Our products are priced with the competition in mind. We are not concerned with setting high prices nor attempting to achieve the

goals of setting low prices by selling high quantities of products. Seeking customers satisfaction is more valuable than achieving
higher profit margin .

As you can see there is no Salad vending machines in Bahrain . salad fridge is suitable for all ages . many people will be appreciated and would love to have salad like this. It is in demand by many nutritionist . Items included in our vending machines are affordable .
Expected revenue:Revenue is achieved by sales of many items from our MENU. This MENU includes many types of salads. Each item is multiplied by number of customers each month. Then at the end of the year it is added to get the annual revenue.
