Priority 1: Ensure You have the Light
• Discuss the importance of ensuring Jesus’ presence in the home.
• Parents, make a commitment to your families to work together for the Light of the world to shine from your home.
Activity
• Think of an extended family member with whom you can share your faith.
• Make a list of three activities you could do with those family members to strengthen your relationship.
Extended Family: Activity
• Avoid imposing your own religious
beliefs.
• Lead with personal testimony.
• Be attentive to satisfying their needs.
• Strive to be the “best” you can.
