Important Information
• It is important that the ebill account for the student is set up and the student invites “other payer” for three reasons:
• 1. We will not be mailing any paper bills to the student’s home.
• 2. If there is no other payer, only the student will receive the bills and will be expected to pay the amount due.
• 3. Due to FERPA regulations (Family Privacy) we cannot discuss account information to anyone other than primary payer (student) and other payer.
Access the Site
• You can access the site in two ways:
• 1. You will receive an email that a bill is ready
and it will include a link to the ebill site or
• 2. Go to the CC website, search for “student accounts” and click on the orange link “Please click here to sign up and/or access your online billing account”

The first time the STUDENT will click on “New User” and create an account. It is important that the student set up an
account FIRST. The parents will also create the account under “New User”
Be sure to click Login box do not just “enter”

• When finished creating an account you will be returned to the login page.
• Click the Login Button – remember DO NOT just hit enter – it puts you into a never-ending loop!

• After setting up account, next time enter User Name and Password
• Be sure to click
• This will bring you to the first page of the ebill site – Recent Activity.
Be sure to write down username/password somewhere you can find it.

Viewing the ebill
• When first logging in, you are directed to the “recent activity” tab.
• Click on the Colorado College Recent Activity link to view "current" transactions
This shows activity since last ebilling
You can also pay here
Paying on ebill site
You can pay current balance or enter your own amount
Enter your bank information here
When done click Submit
Next tab is Bills
All blue “Colorado College Bill” are links click to open a bill Click on the Colorado College bill link to view your detailed statement. The statement can be printed by scrolling to the bottom and clicking on printable PDF version. You only need to print page 1.

What can be done on My Profile
• Add an account or change an account at this page
• STUDENTS this is where you invite a parent or other
payer to access your account. The invitee(s) will receive an email with an Activation ID which will allow them to set up their portion of the account. The Activation Code is available here for students to view and relay information to parents should they forget or lose the code. This is time sensitive and will expire if not done within 3 days.

How to Pay
• You can pay directly on the ebill site – Bill Summary click on pay now box
• Send a check directly to the College- Student Accounts 14 E Cache la Poudre, Colorado Springs, CO 80903
• Pay on the Student Accounts page on the CC website – (search “Student Accounts” then find “Make a Payment” – ACH direct withdrawal from checking or savings.
• This verbiage may be on the bill: If you are mailing a check, PLEASE use the return envelope provided in the paper bill mailing. This is no longer applicable as we are no longer mailing paper bills and we no longer have a lockbox available through our bank.
Final Notes
• The ebills DO NOT update in real time. A recent activity load must be sent from our office – we are planning to do it nightly.
• Reminder that unless payment is made on the ebill site, the accounts will show as “unpaid” in the bill summary box.
• Since SallieMae manages both our ebill site and the tuition payment plan, we are using terminology to distinguish them. The ebill site will be “online ebilling” and the payment plan will be “Tuition Pay”. Helps everyone to know exactly which site we are referring to.
