ICAI REGISTERED VALUERS ORGANISATION

• The ICAI Registered Valuers Organisa�on is a sec�on 8 Company formed by the Ins�tute of Chartered Accountants of India to enroll and regulate registered valuers as its members in accordance with the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valua�on) Rules, 2017.

• The course is designed as per the syllabus prescribed by IBBI which is a mix of Valua�on as well as Law and other related topic which includes topics like heads of income, various laws, macro-economics, financial statement analysis, which is mandatory to be undertaken.

• This educa�onal course is as per 1st proviso to Rule 5 (1) of Companies (Registered Valuers and Valua�on) Rules, 2017 and a precondi�on for taking IBBI Registered Valuers Examina�on

rd• The details of the 3 ON-LINE batch of the Educa�onal Course by ICAI Registered Valuers Organisa�on are provided below:

REGISTRATION

• An Individual willing to register for the online classes of the Educa�onal Course by ICAI Registered Valuers Organisa�on please fill the Enrollment Form and send the filled copy via email to [email protected] only along with the required documents men�oned in the Form.

• Submission of Registra�on Form or payment of Fee does not en�tle for enrolment of the Course.

• ICAI RVO has the right to reject any incomplete applica�on.

ELIGIBILITY

• Chartered Accountants/ Company Secretaries/ Cost Accountants/ Master of Business Administra�on or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (specialisa�on in finance Full �me course from a recognised university) should be men�oned on the degree.

• Having three years of experience (Post membership for Chartered Accountants/ /Company Secretaries/Cost Accountants) are eligible to register.

• Refer the eligibility criteria carefully at FAQ’s Issued by ICAI RVO and IBBI available at www.icairvo.in.

SCHEME OF THE COURSEth th• The classes will be held from 9 July to 19 July, 2020 on the

th th th th th th th thfollowing days: 9 , 10 , 11 12 , 16 , 17 , 18 and 19 July, 2020.

• There will be 50 hours online sessions in total.

• Maximum batch strength will be 70.

• Due to limited seats the registra�on will be on 1st come 1st serve basis.

• A confirma�on mail will be sent 48 hours before the commencement of batch.

• Web link for online session will be provided to the registered par�cipant.

• Par�cipants having laptop/desktop with camera and good internet bandwidth can only enrol for the Course.

• Par�cipants will be monitored for the hours spent during the session through Intelligence A�endance tool.

• A�endance is compulsory for all the classes to complete 50 hours of training.

• Cer�ficate of par�cipants will not be given in case any session is missed by the par�cipant.

• GST Tax Invoice will be issued to the par�cipants who are holding GSTIN in their individual capacity and not in favour of Company/Firm.

• Every par�cipant will be given a Cer�ficate of Par�cipa�on on comple�on of 50 hours training.

• Name on the Cer�ficate will be as per your PAN Card.

• The reference Educa�onal material will be provided to the registered par�cipants.

• An Individual who is Whole Time Director/ Execu�ve Director/ Managing Director is not eligible to become the Registered Valuer.

• Any individual in employment is eligible to take the course and appear for Registered Valuers Examina�on , but will not be able to prac�ce as Registered Valuer �ll he/she is in employment, as per IBBI guideline.

FEES

1. The primary membership fee is Rs 5,000 plus 18% GST= Rs 5,900/

2. The Educa�onal course Fee is Rs 15,000 plus 18% GST = Rs 17,700/

Total Fee to be paid- Rs. 23,600

• Par�cipants to send the payment confirma�on on registra�on once asked for.

• Please note course fee can be carried forward to another batch with approval of ICAI RVO.

• Payment to be made to ICAI RVO through NEFT. Details are given below:

REFUND POLICY

• Fees once paid shall not be refundable, please make the payment only if you are registered for the batch and receive confirma�on from ICAI RVO (confirma�on will be received by par�cipants 2 days prior to the online batch).

NOTE

• It is the responsibility of the par�cipants to ascertain whether they possess the requisite qualifica�ons and experience for enrolment in the Course.

• Please read FAQs carefully for be�er clarity and clarifica�on of your doubts.

• Make the payment only if you are eligible/ registered for the batch.

• Mail/ documents sent on any other Email id (other than the one provided above) may not be considered.

• Those who have given prior in�ma�on for registering for the Course will be given first preference.
