Ice cream is a frozen dessert usually made from dairy pruducts, such as milk and cream, and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavours.

In 1843, Nancy Johnson invented the first hand cranked ice cream churn and in 1851, the first factory-made ice cream was produced by american dairyman Jacob Fussel.
