Installation Guide

1. Carefullyunwraptheenclosurecomponents.DONOTCUTOPEN.Usecautionastonotscratchorcross-threadaluminumframeandscrews.

2.Installtheeight(8)cornerconnectorsonthefrontandbackpanelswiththe1/4’’-20x3/4’’buttonheadscrews.Besuretohandtightenonly.

3.Installthefour(4)horizontalcornerpostsontherearframewith1/4’’-20x3/4’’buttonheadscrews.Besuretohandtightenonly.

4.Snapthefour(4)cornercapstothefourcornersoftherearframe.SecurethecornercapsusingthesmallPinHeadTorxScrewswiththeincludedbit.Besuretohandtightenonly.

5.CenterthetherearframeovertheTVandmarkallfour(4)cornersoftheframeonthewallwithapencil.Besuretoalsomarkthewallunderthetopframeforheight.Usingaminimum24’’level(48’’preferredlevel).Extendtheupperframepencilmarkineachdirection.IfaTVwaspreviouslyinstalled,youmaynowremoveitfromthewall.

CAUTION: Donotusepowertoolsassemblingtheenclosureframetoavoidcrossthreadingtheframe.

NOTE: Onceframeisinstalleditisrecommendedthatwallbepaintedflatblackforaestheticpurposes.

6.Holdtherearframeagainstthewallonthelevelpencilmarkandmarktheupperfastenerlocations.Installwallanchorsinthewallatupperlocations.

7.Temporarilyfastentheframetothewallattheupperlocationsonly.

8.Afterattachingtheframetothewallwiththeupperfeetonly,checktomakesurethetopislevelandthesidesareplumbbeforemakingtheholesforthelowerfeet.

9.Withtheframehanginglevel,markthethree(3)mountingfeetlocationsonthelowerframe.Removetheframeandinstallthelowerframewallanchors.

10. Loosenthefeetonthelowerframesothattheyareabletomoveeasily.Thisiscriticaltoloosenthefeetonthebottomsotheframeisnotrackedsideways.Reinstalltheframewiththeupperfastenersonly.Slidethethelowerfeettomatchthewallanchors.Tightenthelowerfeetintothewallanchors.Yourframeshouldnowbefastenedtothewallinsix(6)locations.

11.Youmaynowre-mounttheTVtowallinsideassembledframe.

12. Slidethetop,bottom,andsidepiecesintotheframewiththemattefinishsidesfacingout.Theusbconnectiononthefanshouldbefacingtotherearoftheframe.Connectthemaleusbcableintothefemaleportofthefanunit.TheotherendoftheusbcablewilleitherplugdirectlyintothebackoftheTVorintothesuppliedpoweradapter.

13. RemovetheprotectivepaperfromtheLexanframecoverandcleantheinsidewiththesuppliedcleaningwipes.

Theenclosureisacustomnon-returnableproduct.Anydefectswillbeaddressedasarepairorreplaceoption.Pleasecarefullyinspectallcomponentsforanyshippingdamageormanufacturingdefects.Ifyourenclosurehascoolingfans,theyarepoweredbyaUSB.IfyourTVhasaspareUSBport,itshouldpowertheTVandturnoffandonwithit,otherwiseaUSBpowersupplyhasbeenincluded.

14. Usingtwopeople,alignandslidethesides,top,andbottompanelsintothefrontpanelchannelsuntilpanelispushedcompletelyin.

15. Inserttheremainingfour(4)1/4’’–20x3/4’’buttonheadscrews(approximately2turnstoallowforadjustment).Oncetheframeissquareandproperlyaligned,tightendownthefourcornerscrewstolocktheunitsnuglytogether.

16. Snapintheremainingfour(4)cornercapsandinstallthefour(4)smallpinheadtorxscrewsinthefrontfour(4)corners.Thecornersofthefrontpanelhavebeensealedpriortoshipment.Usethesuppliedclearsiliconetosealthecornersonthetop,sideandbottompanels.

17.Takethetwo(2)suppliedsideblocksandscrewthemintotheslopedtopwheretheframemeetsusingthesuppliedpinheadtorxscrews.Fillanygapswiththesuppliedblacksilicone.Theenclosureisnowreadyforuse. side
