To Create a User Box:
1.) Press the Utility/Counter button
2.) Select One-Touch/User Box Registration
3.) Select Create User Box
4.) Select Public/Personal User Box
5.) Select New
6.) Input a User Box Name
7.) Input a User Box Password and select Ok (optional)
8.) Reenter the User Box Password and select Ok
9.) Select Forward
10.) Highlight the desired Auto Document Delete Time
11.) Select Ok
To Save a document into a User Box:
1.) Load documents into the document feeder or onto the platen glass
2.) Press the User Box button
3.) Select Save Document
4.) Highlight the User Box you want to save the document into
5.) Select Ok
6.) Enter the password if prompted and select Ok
7.) Input a Document Name
8.) Select Scan Settings to change the document quality, duplexing, etc.
9.) Select Start
To Print or Send a document:
1.) Press the User Box button
2.) Select Use Document
3.) Highlight the User Box that has the document needed
4.) Select Ok
5.) Enter the password if prompted and select Ok
6.) Highlight the document you wish to send or print
7.) Select Print to print a copy OR Select Send to send the document to an email/fax
one-touch destination
To Delete a document:
1.) Press the User Box button
2.) Select File Document
3.) Highlight the User Box that has the document needed
4.) Select Ok
5.) Enter the password if prompted and select Ok
6.) Highlight the document you want to delete
7.) Select Delete
8.) Highlight Yes and select Ok

To Obtain the IP Address:
Press the Utility/Counter button
Select Administrator Settings
Enter in the password (12345678)
Select Network Settings
Select TCP/IP Settings
Select IP Settings
Write down the IP address
Press the Reset button on the panel to go back to Copy Mode
To Open the Web Interface:
Open up an Internet browsing window
Type in the IP Address into the address bar
Hit Enter
You should now be at this screen:
How to Enter, Edit, or Delete email addresses:
Click the orange Store Address Tab
To add new email addresses:
1. Click on New Registration.
2. Click on E-mail.
3. Click Next.
4. Enter in the display name in the Name box
5. Use the dropdown box next to Index to select the address book tab where the name will be
found.
6. Checkmark Main if you wish for the address to be on the Main screen of the address book.
7. Enter in the E-mail Address.
8. Click on Apply.
9. Click on Ok.
To Edit or Delete an e-mail address:
1. Click on the orange Scan Tab
2. Click the Edit button next to the address you wish to edit.
OR
Click the Delete button next to the address you wish to delete
To Create a User Box:
1. Click on the purple Box Tab
2. Click on Create User Box on the left
3. Click Next
4. Enter in a User Box No. (1-999999999)
5. Enter in a display name for the User Box Name
6. Enter in a password only if you want one. If not, leave blank
7. Use the dropdown box next to Index to select the address book tab where the User Box will be
found
8. Checkmark Main if you wish for the User Box to be on the Main screen of the address book
9. Select a Documentation Auto Delete Time by using the dropdown box. If you wish for your
documents to never be deleted, drop down to the Save option
10. Click Apply
11. Click Next
To manage a User Box:
1. Click on the purple Box Tab
2. Click Next
3. Enter in the User Box No. that you wish to open (1-999999999)
4. Enter in the User Box Password if applicable
5. Click Ok
To EDIT the name of a document:
1. Click on the purple Box tab
2. Click Next
3. Enter in the User Box No. that you wish to open (1-999999999)
4. Enter in the User Box Password if applicable
5. Click Ok
6. Click on the Edit Name button next to the document you wish to edit
7. Change the name of the document
8. Click Apply
9. Click Ok
