ii. Proposals that are not accompanied by the application fee shall be rejected.

Three years from the date of sanction of the project.

i. As per the Guidelines issued by Govt. of lndla/ ANISRLM/ A&N Administration circulars (as amended from time to time) . ii. The other charges towards food & accommodation , on time tra vel cost , uniform charges, PPS etc., are released to PIAs on a re- imbursement mode based upon actual expenditure incurred by PIAs as per condition issued by Gol from time to time. 1. The Applicant PIAs should read the detailed Guidelines &

SOPs of DDU-GKY (available on www.ddugky.gov.in) for Training Centre set up , Training delivery, Assessment & Certification, Placement, Tracking, Payment Disbursement etc.

ii . The PlAs have to mobilise candidates from the remote areas of this UT. Strict monitoring will be done by the ANISRLM for the mobilisation component.

iii.The training programme shall be of Residential/Non-residential in nature.

iv.Preference will be given for trades having good market demand.

iv. The training courses shall be for a duration of 3-6 months i. This is an empanelment process for PlAs to undertake the

DDU-GKY programme in the UT of Andaman & Nicobar Islands .

11. Please refer MoRD Notification No. 20/2017, dates 03rd April 201 7 and 17/2018, dated 10th July 2018 available at www.ddu gky.gov. i.n / notification for proposal submission, appraisal and PIAs on boarding guidelines.

iii . The empanelled PIAs have to commence trainings to the tune of 20% of total allocated target within 60 days from signing of Mou.

iv. Preference will be given to those PlAs who are from Industry and who will provide captive employment to the trained candidates .

vi .Application received after aforesaid time shall not be

considered . Incomplete proposal in any respect s hall be

summarily rejected .

vi i.Subsequent to the online submission , soft copy may be

emailed to ANISRLM , Directorate of RD , PRls & ULBs on

the same day or submission of the online proposal.

viii.Project Approval Committee (PAC) reserves the right to

accept or reject any proposal without providing any

reasons , what so ever. The decision of PAC shall be final

and binding upon the company/ agency.

i. Project appraisal/ evaluation shall be as per the Notification

No . 20/2017 of MoRD.

ii. Mere submission of proposal may not guarantee the award

of project to the applicant agency.

iii. The decision to Project Approval Committee shall be final

with respect to award of project.

iv. Project appraisal guidelines and notification issued time to

time by Govt. of India/ ANISRLM/ A&N Administration shall

be applicable for the project sanction.
