The aggregatepopulation of tho Stato being 1,25S,520, itgives 139,8G5 as tho exact representativepopulation of each Congressional district.This i3 about five thousand more than thenumber which Congress made its basis ofapportionment. This is owing to the factthat Tennessee has a fraction more thanthe number required to entitle her to ninerepresentatives.

Let these four hundred and sixty headsof families buy ten shares each of the Broad
.Street Bridge stock, which Can be bid .nowat $26 per5 share or less.- - "Havingdone this, let them call ameeting and organize a companycomposed of said owners of ten shares ormore.
