Prior to contract implementation, we work in partnership with the client to determine the appropriate operations and engineering protocols for the subject asset(s) and provide a comprehensive predictive, maintenance and repair program, specific to the client’s property needs.
Our engineering support is delivered with quality control measures to ensure services are performed to the client’s standards, cost effectively, on time, and with minimal disruption to tenant operations. Central to our quality assurance process are our base maintenance program and inspection frequencies.
