Sir,
Value Addition to Curriculum
The curriculum decided and laid down by Medical Council of India cannot be modified or changed in any
manner. It is proposed to suggest value addition in the Teaching Learning process, during implementation
of the curriculum.
Suggested value additions based on inputs received from various departments are:
1. To add topics of newer discoveries and developing medical technology to the syllabus of teaching
UG & PG.
2. To develop skill based learning competencies in various departments utilizing the facilities of skill
lab “Labdhi”. 3. Competency based internal assessment to be included in PG teaching programs & it should be
recorded in the Log Books.
4. Introduction of Community Centered Curriculum at PG level while participating in outreach
programs.
5. Teaching & Training for Electronic health records and telemedicine.
6. Review of CCES Program.
7. Review of BRE Program.

It was found out that there is no significant difficulty in CET and admission procedure, hoverer

Feedback report of admission year 2015:
1. Review of action taken on previous feed back:
The meeting started with review of last year feedback and action taken report for the same. As the last
year report was suggestive collectively to improve the discipline and regulation, dining facility and hostel
facility action were taken in that context. The college premises were declared mobile free zone and
charges for breaking the discipline were put on public notice board. The measures including dress code for
students were enforced. The students not fulfilling criteria of performance and attendance were detained
from appearing in University exams. The dining facility were improvised by appointing a nutritionist as
in-charge of mess facility. Hostel facility were subjected to infrastructure improvements. and campus
declared as a free Wifi zone.
2. Report on current feedback:
The parents of students admitted in year 2015-16 were asked to provide their feedback regarding
various aspects of campus environment. Their one year experience with the institute was shared in a pre
structured feedback format. The parents during their mentorship program meetings were supplied these
formats and were asked to submit in next mentor-parent meeting. The data was analyzed manually for
different parameters applicable to the campus environment.

As analysis given by parents shows that Learning environment in campus were excellent in
campus as review by parents. As the analysis shows that, with availability of online application
form, the parents were happy with streamlined admission process. Safety and security in the
campus and enhancement in knowledge and skill of student were highly appraised factors by
parents. However, parents were of the opinion to improve aspects like health facilty and dining
facility in the campus.
The above table shows that majority parents were happy with transportation, safety and security,
infrastructure and amenities and knowledge enhancement of their wards. However, improvement
was indicated for hostel and dining facility in the campus.
Action to be Taken
Action was taken for improvement in health and dining facility in the campus. Action also taken
on continuous water supply by management as feedback given by parents.
