Schedules e-Library is the online source for the latest contract award informa-tion for GSA and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Schedules, as well asGovernmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).Schedules e-Library provides information on which suppliers have a contract andwhat items are available, by using various search options—i.e.,Contractor/Manufacturer Name, Contract Number, Special Item Number (SIN),Schedule Number, GWAC Name, or Keywords.
This program utilizes the advances of electronic commerce while providingaccess 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
GSA Advantage!®
GSA Advantage!® is the online shopping and ordering system that providesaccess to thousands of contractors and millions of supplies and services.Although anyone may browse on GSA Advantage!®, only a federal governmentemployee with a GSA SmartPay® purchase card or a GSA Activity Address Code(AAC) may shop on GSA Advantage!®.
e-Buye-Buy, a component of GSA Advantage!®, is an online Request for Quotation
(RFQ) tool designed to facilitate the request for submission of quotations for awide range of commercial supplies and services that are offered by GSASchedule and Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contractors.
For federal agencies (buyers), e-Buy maximizes their buying power by leverag-ing the power of the Internet to increase Schedule and GWAC contractor partici-pation to obtain quotations that result in best value purchase decisions.
For Schedule and GWAC contractors (sellers), e-Buy provides greater opportu-nities to offer quotations and increase business volume for supplies and servicesprovided under their Schedule contracts and GWACs.
Schedule 78 has a huge choice of products and serv-ices that can enhance Morale, Welfare, andRecreational Programs as well support other criticalmissions such as military operations and naturaldisaster relief.
Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) programs contribute signifi-cantly in the support of military communities and federal agencies,which serve to enhance the quality of life of military members, federalemployees, and ultimately their families. High quality and well main-tained MWR programs are important to retention, readiness and overallmission success.
