FLIGHTS FROMLONDON CITY AIRPORT

London City Airport has applied to expand flights by 50%, from76,000 up to 120,000 per year, with noisier, larger capacity jets.It plans to operate 176,000 flights each year.

Stansted, Heathrow and Southend also want to expand and fill theskies above our communities with more noise and pollution.

What happened to reducing emissions? Aviation is getting awaywith increasing emissions while we work hard to reduce ours!

Many more planes will fly over areas of South and East London,Essex and Kent.

Fight the Flights makes sure residents and their communities areaware and informed. We and others are calling for aPublic Inquiry—it is the only way we will find out the real impact ofexpansion and how it will affect our communities without the spin.
