The policy of Tech-com solutions attaches the greatest importance to prevention of any form of
loss, in particular, to the Health of all employees as far as is reasonably practicable.
Management considers no area of its operations or administration as being of greater importance
than “the loss incident” prevention. The company therefore considers that each of its managers,

The design and operation of the new plants and plant modifications will comply with the country’s

requirements to meet specific needs to our facilities. We will also encourage innovation and
participation in the development of better technology and relevant legislation.
We will conserve the ecological habitats at our site, especially those containing local fauna and flora.
Significant historical objects and artifacts, records, documents, buildings and surrounds will be
conserved, restored and displayed. Employees and surrounding communities will be encouraged to
identify with and participate in an appreciation of the people’s rich historical and cultural heritage.
We will promote the recognition and acceptance of mankind’s responsibilities for the conservation
of the environment. The experience and skills we have developed will be shared and used to
positively influence legislation. We will also share our natural areas with employees and special
interest within the constraints imposed by our operational and conservation activities.
