JUSTIFICATION BACKGROUND
Children education is the responsibility of : 1. Parents2. Teachers3. Environtment (include Corporate Social Responbility)
Demand : 1. Parents need to keep knowing their children’s activities in school.2. School, as well, wants the parents know their children’s activities in school and know their children’s
attendance at school in real-time basis. 3. School need to have information system to support the above need, in a convinience operation and if
possible, at no cost.4. Parents, as well, need to be supported by system information that can be accesed in a convinience way
and affordable cost.
Obstacle :
1. Parent’s high activities and limited time for their children
2. Most of schools do not have budget to accomodate that kind of system information
What is Telkomsel SAINS
Is the total Communication Solution Package to provide School Community for having a System Information that could accomodate thee information needed by all of the community stakeholder which is the school, parents and the student.
SAINS service is carry out by School for Parents that parents will receive student attendance information & other school info through Short Message Services.
There are two (2) type of Tsel SAINS application:
1. For School that already have information system , will granted a partial Tsel Sains Application only for attendance report and broadcast school info
2. For School that have no information system yet., will granted full Tsel Sains Application.
The information SMS is divided into 3 categories:
1. Student’s arrival time at school
2. Student’s departure time from school after normal & extra curricular activities
3. School’s information broadcast (regulation foul, achievement, etc.)
