The beginning The beginning

• October 2008 – BDS signs a Partner Agreement No CZ/07/LLP-LdV/TOI/134015 with the Czech Association of Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry for the fulfillment of project under Leonardo da Vinci programme: Fashion School II, Multimedia and internet guide for international textile and clothing branch, which is continuation of the project Fashion School I.

• The Leonardo da Vinci contribution for BDS: 8920 EUR.

• The BDS financial contribution to the project: 2974 EUR.




Fashion school I

• International project with 15 partners from 10 European countries

• TEXSITE.info textile and clothing explanatory dictionary with:

• 2000 terms of textile and clothing terminology, translated into

• 11 languages (EN, FR, DE, HU, PL, SI, SK, ES, PT, SK, CZ) and widely used in these countries

• Hundreds of illustrative pictures




• Upgrade of existing dictionary with:– 5 more languages – BG, RO, GR, TR, IT– better visual and graphical concept– e-learning tools available in all 16

languages
