o As of November 15, the Town has collected: $850,788 (83%) of the October Utility Billing ($1,029,311) $1,585,168 (98%) of the annual property tax billing ($1,616,317)
o Attended Sexual Harassment Training sponsored by The Insurance Market (Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens, Olga Holm)
o Finalized the document for the Town’s new “Restricted and Unrestricted Expenditure Policy”
o On Thursday, November 14, the Town mailed delinquent notices for the October billing
o Meeting with Enterprise Fleet regarding FY2021 Fleet Planning (Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens, Chief Hughes)
o Attended Network Fleet Training (Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens, Olga Holm) o Monthly Key Revenue Items Report (October 2019) – Copy Attached o Real Estate Transfer Tax Summary (October 2019)

o Lagoon depths: Large Lagoon is 6.25 feet and Small Lagoon is 2.00 feet o Replaced a broken tee and riser assembly on Row 15 of our spray irrigation field o Cleaned the discharge pipe and re-coupled the flow meter sensors at Walls Creek
pump station o Removed the wind tracker and meter assembly at the treatment facility and installed
the spare units – Shipped the units removed to the manufacturer for annual calibration

Met with representatives of Sussex Code Purple to learn about their process and how we can leverage resources (Gene Dvornick, Chief Hughes, Bill West)
Completed DelDOT Special Event Permit and TOG Circle Permit for Georgetown Christmas Parade and New Year’s Eve Celebration
Notified Railroad companies of date for Christmas Parade requesting the stopping of train traffic
Met with the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce to review plans for the annual Christmas Parade (Kristen Dabrowski, Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens)
Reviewed, with legal counsel, Deeds for road abandonment and dedication of streets within Dunbarton Oaks (Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens)
Provided bid documentation (Invitation to Bid, Bids Received, and Bid Award) to the DelDOT CTF office in support of funding for the Sandhill Fields entrance work
Reviewed vehicle fleet planning (delivery, acquisition, and disposal) with Enterprise Fleet Management (Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens, Chief Hughes)
Participated in Verizon Connect Asset Tracking Training (Gene Dvornick, Laura Givens, Olga Holm)
