got shorter! Any full body workout that can be accomplished in
less than an hour is surely something to get excited about!

want to be that go-to place for a great workout for those who live
in Lowry, work in Lowry and anyone passing through,” explains
Liz Hatch, franchise owner of Lowry’s newest fitness center.
At FIT36® studios, high intensity interval training, often called
HIIT, is used when combining 12 one-minute exercise stations.
Each station is followed by a 30-second rest period. Clients
perform each exercise twice, going around the room for a total of
36 minutes.
The FIT36® toolbox is overflowing! Everything from kettle bells,
TRX®, battle ropes, slam balls and beyond will be on deck on any
given day. The movements are fun, innovative, and challenging
incorporating movements you use every day to build your
strength and improve your athleticism. At FIT36®, workouts are
created to cover the spectrumofmovement ranging frompushing
and pulling to dynamic multi-plane lifts. The functional training
that FIT36® provides for its members is designed to improve
overall efficiency and strength to shape the executive athlete or
the ultimate weekend warrior.
Your FIT36® Lowry Team has over 30 years of combined fitness
training experience. During your workout, one of these certified
personal trainers will be available to assist you with the
movements in order to maximize the benefits throughout the
workout. With each exercise, modifications are always an option
based on your individual strengths and ability level, creating a
customizedapproach to individualworkouts.Themovementsare
self-limiting, taking you to themaxwhile prioritizing your safety.
“We don’t make you dowhat you can’t do, but wework atmaking
you better at what you can do,” says Liz.
Heart rate monitors are available to keep you in the proper
anaerobic zone throughout the workout. Your heart rate can
be displayed on a screen during the workout to you to monitor
your progress and maximize your workout.
