Some tips for your unit
• Incorporate popcorn into your unit meetings - foster competition with boys, Dens and Patrols!
• Spend some money to make money – reward the boys from unit commissions!
• Support your scouts with sales tools and tips
• Publically recognize sellers! And be creative with incentives! Pie-in-the-face, etc.
• Use Blitzes and Show & Sells – easy money!
• Focus on units and effort, not dollars

• Be transparent to parents and scouts on rewards and benefits…
• Product-in-hand works GREAT – one visit, payment up-front!
• Keep track of no-show’s, and go back later on.
• Remember that our customers aren't buying popcorn, they're supporting Scouting!
• Interesting motivation technique: keep going until you get 10 NO’s!
