Stage 3 (juli 2007): Halland, Västra Götaland

20 January 2005: Swedish Supreme Administrative Court denies appeals

26 January 2005: SEMA takes over contract for roll-out of RAKEL

1 January 2006: SEMA starts the final test period

• Co-operation started with supplier to start roll-out

• Radio planning and site acquisition finished for the first stage and ongoing for stage two

• NMC, Switches and some base stations installed

• Preparations for user accession to system have begun: fleet mapping, local organization, education

• Government users and certain local authorities and county councils have decided to use RAKEL
