The Ballistic Release Tool, BRT, from Canatex is designed for ballistic operations in horizontal wells, specifi cally plug and perf applications. In today’s diverse horizontal well designs, the wireline deployed BRT allows for stronger weak points to prevent pumping-off bottom hole assemblies, BHA’s, while maintaining the ability to release from the BHA should it become stuck downhole.
