Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above mentioned meeting. The Board of Education may discuss, make motions and vote upon all matters appearing on this Agenda. 2. Mid-Del Technology Center Business Professionals of America students who won first or second place at State competition to compete at the BPA National Conference in Boston, MA, on May 4-10, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Tech Center General Fund 12, Project Codes 032 and 441; Activity Funds, Project Codes 943, 845, and 985; and personal funds and donations.
3. Carl Albert High School Band to perform at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL, on March 12-17, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds, personal funds and donations.
4. Cleveland Bailey Elementary School Special Olympics Team to participate in the Special Olympics State games in Stillwater, OK, on May 11-13, 2016.
Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 833-Special Olympics.
5. Carl Albert Middle School Vocal Music and Band to attend World Fest in Branson, MO, on April 28-30, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds, personal funds and donations.
6. Del City High School Student Council to attend the National Association of Student Council National Conference in Portland, OR, on June 21-27, 2016.
Expenses to be paid by Oklahoma Association Student Council, Project Code 847, personal funds and donations.
7. Carl Albert High School Vocal Music to perform at the SWACDA Convention/Honor Choirs in Kansas City, MO, on March 7-10, 2016. Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 868-Vocal Music, Sanctioned Organization Funds, personal funds and donations.
SFA will assist with costs for sponsor expenses. 8. Carl Albert High School and Del City High School to participate in a Junior
ROTC Summer Leadership course in Fort Sill, OK, on May 31-June 3, 2016. Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 955-JROTC; School District Allocated Funds, Project Code 774-Air Force; personal funds and donations.
9. Del Crest Middle School Cheer to attend Cheer Camp in Norman, OK, on May 31-June 3, 2016. Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 879-Cheer.
10. Carl Albert High School Wrestling team participated in the OK Tahlequah Dual Tournament in Tahlequah, OK, on February 4-5, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds. Confirmation
11. Midwest City High School Cheer competed at the NCA High School Nationals in Dallas, TX, on January 22-24, 2016. Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 879-MCHS Cheer, Sanctioned Organization Funds, School District Allocated Funds, personal funds and donations. This was Board approved on November 9, 2015, but the hotel has changed due to maintenance. We are asking to revise the hotel to Homewood Suites by Hilton-Dallas-Irving in Irving, TX. Confirmation
E. Vote to approve Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate)
application items for 2016-17 (E-Rate Year 19) and the payment of the applicant’s share upon approval of funding and receipt of services, subject to availability of District funds.

VII. Vote to approve or not approve the following bids and requests to purchase: – Ms. Medcalf
A. Copy Paper for the 2015-16 school year from Xpedx. The cost is $20,680.80 to be paid by General Fund 11. Xpedx is under State Contract #SW064-3153. Due to the price increase on February 1, 2016, this purchase was approved by Dr. Rick Cobb prior to the Board meeting.
B. Purchase of a 2013 Silverado 2500 4 WD Crew Cab from Hudiburg Chevrolet for the Mid-Del Technology Center. Expenses for Bid Project #1607 in the amount of $29,100.00 to be paid by the Mid-Tech Technology Center Building Fund 23, Project Code 032.
C. Purchase of a tractor field groomer for Carl Albert High School. Total expenses of $13,889.00 to be paid as follows: $11,000.00 from Mid-Del Sports Foundation Activity Account, Project Code 831 and $2,889.00 from Carl Albert High School Activity Account, Project Code 865.
VIII. Vote to approve or not approve payment of National Board Certified bonus &
FICA/Medicare costs. – Ms. Medcalf
IX. Vote to approve or not approve Resolution to comply with provisions of the School District Budget Act (Title 70§5-150-161) for 2016-17 (15th year). – Ms. Medcalf

X. Discuss, consider and vote to approve or not approve the following items relative to the $2,465,000 General Obligation Building Bonds, Series 2016B. – Mr. Zack Robinson A. Consideration and vote to award the $2,465,000 General Obligation Building
Bonds, Series 2016B, to the lowest and best bidder. B. Adopt Resolution providing for the issuance of the $2,465,000 General
Obligation Building Bonds, Series 2016B, by Independent School District Number 52 of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, authorized at an election duly called and held for such purpose: designating bonds for certain provisions of the Internal Revenue Code; deeming preliminary official statement “Final” for the purposes of SEC Rule 15(c)2-12; affirming the school district’s intention to assist underwriters in complying with SEC Rule 15(c)2-12(b)(5); prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of the issue.
XI. Vote to approve or not approve the Middle School Curriculum Course Offerings as
listed: – Mrs. Dunn Mid-Del Middle School Academic Planning Guide
XII. Vote to approve or not approve expenditures to Wall Colmonoy Corp. for Training
for Industry Program (TIP) for Business and Industry Services (BIS). The amount of the TIP project will not exceed $9,085.00 for training, delivery, classroom supplies and curriculum. These monies will be reimbursed through the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology’s TIP program. – Mr. Allen
XIII. Vote to approve or not approve to encumber $15,800.00 to cover the Commodity
Distribution Assessment Fee for USDA donated foods to be issued to Mid-Del Schools Beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016. The assessment fee is in lieu of charging storage and delivery fees. – Mrs. Fox
XIV. Maintenance and Construction Items
A. Vote to approve or not approve the following change orders and bids/requests to purchase for the Maintenance and Construction Department: – Mr. Conceicao 1. Recommend Board approval of Amendments No. 5 – No. 9 to
CMSWillowbrook’s Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract to provide and install new doors, hardware, access control software and equipment for implementation of controlled access and lockdown capabilities at exterior doors: a. Amendment No. 5 for Highland Park Elementary in the amount of
$57,599.01. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 34. b. Amendment No. 6 for Townsend Elementary in the amount of
$57,290.67. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 34. c. Amendment No. 7 for Country Estates Elementary in the amount of
$55,630.71. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 34. d. Amendment No. 8 for Ridgecrest Elementary in the amount
of $56,774.65. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 34. e. Amendment No. 9 for Barnes Elementary in the amount of $53,160.00.

2. Amendment No. 10 on CMSWillowbrook Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract for Series 1 “Security Vestibules” projects due to changes to better meet the needs of Schwartz Elementary. Amendment to include the increase of millwork built-ins, additional doors and security hardware, additional demolition of walls and ceilings and construction of new walls and ceilings, additional lighting replacement, flooring and paint in the amount of $26,039.43. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 34.
