* On the 14/6/17 - 235mm of rainfall was recorded in previous 5 consecutive days. As per condition L1.3 of EPL2216, discharge of runoff exceeding the quality limits in L2.4 to waters from the premises is permitted when the discharge occurs solely as a result of rainfall at the premises exceeding a total of

63.2 millimetres over any consecutive five day period.

Consent modification – one year on… ˃ Almost 12 months has passed since Council approved the consent modification.

˃ Operating hours for processing have been firmly implemented:

˃ Monday to Friday – 7am to 6pm

˃ Saturday - None

˃ Mobile crushing has been conducted for 31 working days.

˃ Of the additional commitments made by Boral upon approval: ˃ Improved surface water management - dams and drains built earlier this year are working well

˃ Compliance noise monitoring undertaken during June showed no exceedance.

˃ Mobile plant noise mitigation strategy is to be undertaken if exceedance detected.

˃ Resident feedback – how have you found things

during the past year? Any need for change?

working at the Southern Cross School, Ballina.

˃ Ballina Lions Club’s World Festival of Magic Children’s Christmas Party.

˃ Immune Deficiencies Foundation Australia.

˃ Donation to the Ballina Junior Touch Football Association.

˃ Donations of material to local schools.

˃ TinCAN partnership – Christmas party transport.
