5. Approve Annual Resolution Superseding Resolution 2014-02 and Directing the Preparation of a Statement of the Receipts and Expenditures of Doña Ana County for the Previous Year – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.

PUBLIC HEARING/ORDINANCE 20. Approval of a Transfer of Location of a Liquor License – Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will discuss.

CORRESPONDENCE 21. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss pending litigation involving Falkner v. BOCC, CV-2012-02001, and Marquez v. Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Deputy, 14-CV-0037 SMV/WPL, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H)(7). COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items. COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
