THE COACHPrincipal, Graeme Exelby is a skilled trainer/assessor with Australian Certificate IV in Training

and Assessment since 2007, and supported with 40 years drilling industry experience.

Specialising in Coaching and Mentoring to help drillers improve their skills,

knowledge and disposition which ultimately “improves efficiency” and

“reduces cost” in surface & underground mines.

Level 1 Working in a friendly advisory capacity to evaluate drillers’ SKD

Provide initial corrective coaching & mentoring as required Timeframe is 3-4 hours with each driller

Level 2 Up to 6 hour theory session on technical, operation & motivation Groups of 2-4 to intensify learning and minimize disruption to drills Intensive coaching and mentoring to enhance skills & disposition Underground focus is long hole or service hole accuracy Surface focus is hole quality & efficiency Timeframe is up to two days with each driller
