• Gold stars indicate facility performance for the time period

• Calculation of performance score:

Sum (percentile rank for each active measure)

(number of active measures * 100)

• Result is compared with performance of facilities in the Midas+

Comparative Database (CDB) for the same measures to

determine the site’s percentile.

• Only active measures contribute to the performance score.
