1. WHAT IS DECISION MAKING ?
Decision Making is defined as the selection of a course of action from among alternatives.
Managers sometimes see Decision Making as their central job because they must constantly choose Whatis to be done, Who is to do it, and When, Where, and occasionally even how it will be done.
Examples:
Shopping, deciding what to eat, What to wear, when to
sleep, etc..
What should I wear for class (or work) today?
What are the things you
consider before making a decision?
