Abstract• The word “vote” means to choose from a list, to elect or to determine. The main goal of voting (in a scenario involving the citizens of a given country) is to come up with leaders of the people’s choice. .• Main aim of online voting system is to develop an online

application, for citizens who are above 18 years of age to vote through online• Also provide online nomination submission facility and

verification .• The candidate can check the Status of verification and view

the results.• The special features of the site is view complete result of the

election

Existing System with Disadvantage• In the present system there is no such application level system

provisions in the country to carry out the voting and procedure as a whole• All the step by step procedures are carried out by the authorized

authorities according to the jobs assigned by the ECI• The fact is all the procedures are carried out manually, starting

from the registration process to result publishing. • The existing system is not web based. The user or person must

want to go to the polling station for casting their votes and candidates submit the nominations not in online.

Disadvantage

• Voters must go to a polling station • Time Consuming and work load or authorities• Slow Result generation• Candidate must keep printed documents of nominations and

certificates• All procedures carried out manually• Expensive

Proposed System with Advantage• Using these system citizens of India can vote through online without visiting

polling booth• . Also provide online nomination submission facility and verification• Advantages• Fast and easy way of conducting Election • Voters can view background of each Candidate.• Candidate can present themselves against voters. • Admin can verify the documents and details of Candidate• System Generated Unique ID and Password gives more Secure Logins• Provide more secure because the polling agent can verify the voters who
